Never in my imagination could I have envisioned the home building process to be made so simple. Ray made everything absolutely smooth and simple for us. RJS Custom Homes built our retirement home after completing military careers. From initial meeting to the day he handed us our keys Ray always went that extra mile to ensure perfection. We especially liked the cost plus approach to building rather than the chain builders buying power gimmicks and inflated allowances for each phase of the building process. During the construction phase Ray was on site daily and it was obvious the contractors knew he had an extremely high standard. We were encouraged to visit the job site and kept aware of progress with emails, photos, and phone calls. In an era where builders can put up dozens of homes at a time, it was a pleasure to work with a professional builder whose first interest was US and not the timeline or almighty dollar! Three years after moving into our new home and we still have not encountered one problem.
